Hey guys? I'd like to take a break from running something this saturday. I'm just burnt out, and I need some time to rest. I know I said I'd run something but I've really got to just chill this week.

I'll try to work through it tonight. It will be hard to tear myself away from the glowing awesomeness of Scion (it' kind of like every shonen fighting manga ever).

Hey, I fifured them out! The rules are really simple, but explained very poorly.

Pick a race. Pick a profesion and pick a talent. Roll atributes. Chose eight points racial skills, several skills from a background package, and a profesional skill package. One of those packages might have got you an edge, or it might have allowed you to pick a flaw and an edge.
Than you just calculate the modifiers.

BTW, what era do want to set the game in? I'm working on a few ideas for characters but some of them are only apropriate for certain eras.

i dunno... i haven't been thinking about Star trek... i started reading whichCraft and it is REALLY good... like i want to play it or somthing...
but as for the era prolly post dominion war... (i would not want to do any kind of "star fleet" campaige... too much federaton crap... but pretty much anything else goes... (i don't know if kyle and caleb know about all this...)

The only reason I havent told anyone about Witchraft is because Pious I figured Pious would explode with all the wicca referance.
I love the setting to death, I've actually got a printed copy in my room, way to big to carry around, though. I love Eden Studios, they made the Buffy RPG, and for the same system they have an Army of Darkness RPG that was written by the same guy who wrote Savage Worlds!

About Trek: What's the point of Star trek if it ain't about Starfleet? If you take out starfleet, you might as well be playing Firefly, or Traveller.
Speaking of which, there's actually a series PDFs Eden studios sells called 'Eden Studios Presents' one of which has rules for a setting that's basically Firefly in everything but name that uses Unisystem rules. I can't remember if it's regular Unisystem (Witchcraft, All Flesh must be Eaten) or Cinimatic Unisystem (Buffy, Angel, Army of Darkness).
