Even though they cheat they are quite awesome espescially cards like the Fruit F@#$er and Hide behind the Couch

Well I wouldn't say better. There is no "Best Card". It is just how you play the deck that makes them good or bad. See My Blanka deck takes a very weak attack and through the right combination of cards makes them 35 damage monster attacks.
