Well, I did some research on trying to restart the Streame project using an icecast server and found this other project. Similar to what we wanted to do and it uses IceCast with a Perl Backend.

Tell me what you think.

Uploading has been enabled. 10MB max per song.
Users must request access.

Robopanda should now see a new Upload link under Home.
