Well, I found a way to natively in JAVA estimate CPU usage percentage. I did it all by myself, I was so proud. Can't believe how much this is wanted online but no one has an answer, well I do.

This has sparked a redesign of the Plugin System. It will change many part of how plugins are threaded but will be better in the long run. Also some work is being done into how to unload plugins for when they update they can be restarted without having to restart the whole app.
