Go to your user control panel
click the usergroups section
click the manage groups sub section
click manage users on DGR-X Council Members
select yes on set as default group
type FLYN in the box
click submit

Ranks:

Jr. Crewman 9
Jr. Ensign 16
Jr. Lieutenant 25
Jr. Commander 36
Jr. Captain 49
Ensign 64
Lieutenant 81
Commander 100
Captain 121
Jedi 300
Dark Lord 600

yay now it is even harder to level up. but don't take my word for it.
